re Jules4Him:

i dont believe i would be alive today if i did not know him. i always pray that God keeps my heart soft towards those who have no clue, as it is hard to watch and listen to the blinded.

re Yah:

one thing i do to help me keep perspective in these awful times is watching films on the persecuted church. seeing how so many around the world face completely arbitrary and undeserved torment, especially by muslim and communist nations, not only helps to prepare my mind for what may be coming our way, but keeps our own current situations in perspective. it seems to me that israel as a nation was to convict the pagan nations of their sinfulness and inspire them to turn back to God. when Jesus came, part of the great plan was to send out many individuals into those same nations to be a more direct witness. part of our service may be to suffer greatly in carrying out his commands. i pray that the Lord grants you seasons of great inner peace in the midst of your trial. God bless.

That's a really good interpretation and it helps us to not wonder when things feel crazy. We are not alone and we knew this was coming and now it is here. So we take each step behind the One who will lead us perfectly to the goal! Oh what if we didn't have Him???

Brother thanks for sharing. I can identify with this perfectly as the chaos surrounding me and family since last October especially is uncanny. My work situation and what has been meted out to me is something that defies logic. If it were not for Yah where would I be. God bless you and your family!
